Welcome to Wildfire Auctions, where your journey into the world of unique treasures and collectibles begins. As you navigate our site and participate in our auctions, it's essential to understand the terms and conditions governing your experience. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
Our auctions encompass both live and online formats, providing flexibility and convenience. Please note that all bids are binding. Once you place a bid, you are committed to purchasing the item if you win. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with each lot's description and bid accordingly. Our auctions feature diverse items, and we aim to provide accurate descriptions; however, all items are sold ‘as-is,’ and it remains the buyer's responsibility to inspect items where possible before bidding.
For buyers, a premium will be added to the winning bid amount (15% for Online Purchases, 10% for In person bidding/purchases. The credit card fee is 4% and WV tax is charged on all applicable lots of 6%. This fee is used to cover costs associated with the auction process. For sellers, we offer appraisal services and auction cataloging to help you maximize the value of your items. Our transparent fee structure ensures that you know what to expect, eliminating any surprises during the auction process.
